Today, Taeke Kooistra played two draws. Nevertheless he remains proudly in the lead with a one-point advantage. Jelle Wiersma did well with two wins and is now second together with Frederik Bos. The latter managed to play Marten Walinga from the board in a difficult game. Walinga now seems to have no chance of winning the title anymore. Dicky van der Meer played strongly against Kooistra, so the two had to share a point. Folkert Groenveld won the full loot and is from zero and is now level with Hein de Vries. Closer Frans Kingma had a tough day and met his superiors twice in Jelle Wiersma and Folkert Groenveld.
